Day two of the final round of the ISAF Sailing World Cup has been dominated by the weather, with too little and then too much wind playing havoc with racing in Weymouth, England. After a lack of wind at the Skandia Sail for Gold Regatta had racing postponed until midday and then the breeze quickly built up with gusts above 25 knots on much of the race course leaving a number of fleets to battle the heavy winds and high seas while others didn't even get the chance to leave shore.
