RMSIR 2010, Penang Inshore Races. Eveline's Day in the Sun. Long, hot, and very rewarding. Raja Muda Selangor International Regatta 2010 - The race programme had starts for the Penang Inshore Races slated for 1200 hrs, so the fleet left Tanjung City Marina on a hot, cloudless blue-sky day. Unfortunately it was hot, blue-sky, cloudless AND windless, at least until 1430 hrs.
