Racing is underway at the Perth International Regatta as sailors test the waters ahead of the Perth 2011 World Championships next December. With just the Laser, Laser Radial and Finn classes racing on day one Tom Slingsby was the only Australian Sailing Team member to hit the water with the recently crowned ISAF Rolex World Sailor of the Year getting his regatta off to a solid start.
