The Olympic Solidarity Department of the IOC has recently agreed to collaborate with the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) on its new Training Scholarship Courses. Created by the ISAF Training and Development department with Training Partner Rockley International, this eight week course is designed for existing coaches, giving them the additional skills needed to run and develop a National Sail Training Programme in their home countries. The IOC Olympic Solidarity department (OS) may support funding applications for the new ISAF course under the Olympic Scholarship's Sport-Specific Training Option for Coaches, which forms part of their World Programme for Coaches.
