Offshore Racing Congress (ORC) is pleased to announce its new Sailor Services section is accessible to the public, where anyone may now access any ORC Club or ORC International certificate in the 2009 and 2010 databases for the nominal fee of ?10. Certificate measurement data is also accessible through this service, and changes in some of these measurements can then be used to generate test certificates run using the 2011 ORC VPP, also for the nominal fee of ?10 per test certificate.
