Live webcasting was one of many surprising and exciting innovations to Sabot nationals introduced by the hosts of the 47th championships, Wynyard Yacht Club. A small but dedicated team of filmmaking enthusiasts have been sending as-it-happens film of races from the courses to the world wide web, allowing family and friends of Sabot sailors to see some of the action on a big screen from the comfort of a tent, or home computer.
