From 1 January 2010, the new edition of the ISAF Offshore Special Regulations 2010-11 comes into effect along with amendments to The Racing Rules of Sailing for 2009-2012 and the 2010 Prohibited List of the World Anti-Doping Code.
The Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012
The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) are the definitive rules which govern sailing races around the world. They are revised and published every four years by ISAF.
Several changes in The Racing Rules of Sailing for 2009-2012 will take effect on 1 January 2010.
ISAF Offshore Special Regulations For 2010-11
The ISAF Offshore Special Regulations (
www.sailing.org/specialregs
) are used by race organisers to provide uniform minimum equipment, accommodation and training standards for monohull and multihull yachts racing offshore.

Prohibited List 2010
The Prohibited List is published by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and is the International Standard identifying Substances and Methods prohibited in sport. The 2010 Prohibited List comes into effect on 1 January 2010.
Anti-Doping Rules, like competition rules, are sport rules governing the conditions under which sport is played. The ISAF Anti-Doping Code can found in ISAF Regulation 21 (go to

New Supplements To Match Racing and Team Racing Call Books
The 2010 supplements to the current editions of The Call Book for Match Racing and The Call Book for Team Racing contain several new calls and ammendments.
