The 2011 Kite Racing World Championships will be held on the well known German island of Sylt from June 28th - July 3rd, 2011. A price money purse of 15000 Euro is up for grabs for the best kiteboard racers from all around the world. '2010 was a successful test by having the European Racing Championships at this very spectacular location which perfectly fits the needs of our growing sport: Excellent wind statistics as well as great access for the spectators and the media - all this sums up to a great opportunity for holding the first Racing World Championship
