Kieler Wocher 2011, the final regatta of the 2010-11 ISAF Sailing World Cup, is set to be more modern than ever. It will include a debut for two skiff classes and a comeback for two catamaran classes on the Kiel Fjord. Kieler Woche organizers have reacted immediately to the decision of the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) on Friday 12 November, to include the catamaran on the slate for proposed equipment at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro since their exclusion for 2012.
