America's Cup winner and Etchells World sailing champion John Bertrand and Brighton's English Channel swimmer Richard Payne will compare notes over dinner at the Royal Brighton Yacht Club. John prefers being on the water and Richard likes being in the water. John and his crew, Andrew Palfrey and Tom Slingsby, won the 2010 Etchells World Championship. This fulfilled John's dream to win a one-design class championship to add to his 1976 Olympic Bronze Medal and his famous America's Cup triumph 27 years ago.
