44th Annual Governor's Cup. A very eager group of young racers arrived Tuesday at Balboa Yacht Club, ready to compete for the prestigious Governor's Cup. The International Junior Match Racing Championship racers will begin five days of racing on Wednesday, as each team of three races every other team twice, before the final competition begins. The first day included registration, a preview meeting and then practice time on the boats. Each team was interviewed on video to be shown on the web.
