APC Logistics Lock Crowther Memorial Regatta. Over 25 trimarans and catamarans from Pittwater, Lake Macquarie and interstate will gather together for the three day multihull series hosted from the RMYC at Newport. The series starts with the Blue Water Classic ocean race on Friday October 1st, followed by four inshore races on the Saturday and Sunday. Melbourne multihull sailor Tony Considine will again out blitz the fleet with Mad Max, his Grainger cat that flies a hull at faintest breath of wind and easily hitting 20 knots.
