Racing has concluded on the second day of the 2011 Dragon World Championships being sailed on Port Phillip Bay, Melbourne. Only one of the two scheduled races were sailed today, due to light winds, which held up at around 7kts for the first race, before coming very shifty ahead of the start for the second, prompting Principal Race Officer Kevin Wilson to call time late in the afternoon.
