Many of Australia's and New Zealand's most talented young sailors will contest the Australian open and women's match racing championships on Hobart's River Derwent next week, including aspiring women's crews for the London 2012 Olympics. Conducted by the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania and using the club's Elliot 5.9 sports boats, the Hardy's Australian Open Match Racing Championship will run from Sunday, 14 November through to Wednesday, 17 November, followed by the women's event from Thursday, 18 November through to Sunday, 20 November.
