With little evidence of any breeze across the proposed course the Race Committee has moved the IRC and Grand Prix Fleet to the Eastern Starting Area in the hopes of commencing a much abbreviated race, but with no particular start time as yet. The Race Officer has just informed the fleet that they will be sailing what appears to be a square course with marks laid at Pentecost, Fitzgibbon Passage, Perseverance and a finish at Catseye Beach.
