Light winds have provided a contrast for the Auckland - Denerau, Fiji Race fleet , in contrast to the storm conditions being experienced in many parts of New Zealand. The tracking image shows the lead yacht O Canada nearing Port Denerau Marina, Fiji with the second and third yachts to the west. The positions table (right) has not been updated by race organisers, and is as of last evening. The report from Royal Akarana YC at 0640hrs this morning reads: Wednesday 26th 6.40pm The question everyone must be asking is 'what happened to the wind'.
