At around 9.45AM today, in the 2011 Int Dragon Worlds at Melbourne, Ausralia, the Race Management team decided to hoist the Answering Pennant and keep the crews ashore, whilst everyone waits for the wind to fill in. So, as you can see, the AP is up, albeit not flying. It's a bit like the trailers in the carpark, not a lot is moving. If you wanted to see movement, it'll be either the crews near the trailers or the cafe staff making coffees.
