In 2007 the Asian International Sportsboats Championships hosted by Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club) had 19 entries - 9 of which were from overseas. The visitors had an unbelievable pedigree including World /European/ National Champions, Volvo Ocean race skippers, China America Cup team and leading sail makers. The event was closely followed in Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Judging by the demand we expect that this regatta could be significantly larger than the previous one.
