2011 Finnports Australian Finn Nationals. Another cloudy day greeted competitors on day 2. Thankfully the lightning stayed away and all 23 competitors enjoyed a chance to stretch their legs. After three races in moderate southerly conditions Ed Wright (GBR) is the runaway leader. Wright mastered the fluky conditions of Cronulla Sailing Club to finish the day with race scores of 1, 2, 1. Vasilij Sbogar (SLO) also sailed well in rain affected wind to take the honours in race 2. The top Australian after today is three time Olympian Anthony Nossiter, who sits in third overall.
