Stand Up Paddle

About Me:
Hi, I am Male 60married with 2 older kids and I am keen to get fit and lose weight and ride some nice waves, as we all used to when we were a lot younger.I purchased a 12 ft Ron House designed board and have been flat water paddling on and off for 6 years.
