This compact board does require a bit more skill to get going on the foil and to remain stable compared to a Hover Wing Foil Carbon Ultra. The compact design dramatically decreases swing weight, feeling like you are riding directly on the foil. It's two-stage rocker makes it easy to get on the foil, while providing a balanced feel when on the foil with ample nose lift.
