Had my new RS Racing delivered this week, first rig looks nice out of the bag, thanks to SHQ for the service.

C,mon wind, there are new toys to play with. I've got a big one so I won't need too much wind.

I hope so. It's been expensive and a long wait. Will I be so excited that I don't notice the sand bank and do a half twist pirouette as I smash through the big panel, still in harness lines on its maiden voyage ,or will I happily cruise at 27 kts through medium chop for years to come ?
Odd thing .. Browsing NP site , I can buy every part of the sail in spare parts. All panels separately. Every part. Every single part. I could build a complete sail in parts. Didn't know that was a thing.
Is that because in racing you can't modify, so you have to replace every part with stock ?

All this sexy stuff.
Who else has new untried toys still in its packet?
The true meaning of wet dreams. That would be a good title for a windsurf movie.

LOL.... ,I was thinking of a 6,6 Evo older model ..but new ,but weighed
myself and went with the 7,0 Severne ,coming shortly ,also a 2022 model .sail companies are skipping the 7,0 ,now
6,5 or 7,5 seems to be the go in race sails ,is this a ploy to make us buy more sails perhaps ,I love 7,0 as my go to sail .plus it
will still work on this little gem ,

Just unrolled mine today. They are much darker in real life than in the catalog. I thought the pic above may have been in dim light. But they are that dark indeed. I think they look great , but dark sailcloth in QLD ???
Im going to feel like Batman.

Finally managed to get out on the water for a few rides, the sail feels very light in the hands and super stable, wind was squalling to over 30knts and it absorbed the gnarliest gusts with ease, used it on my 131 board, only did a few runs haven't sailed in a while so didn't want to end up putting my head through it lol.

2024 sandwich Isonic .yet to try it ,I believe not many of this model made as the wood was the preferred model Starboard
decided to go with ,it is noticeably heavier than the reflex model ,but will not ding as easy which is ok by me as you know high wind sailing things seem to get broken or dinged .

That 6,5 looks sooo good choco .
