Some good advice, but it's also worth mentioning one of the other massive benefits is weight savings, and in turn kite performance in light wind. The turning response and feedback is better than 1 strutt kites, and weight can be less depending on which kite you get, and how much of it is Allula, and how much the company has optimized the weight.

I have a four year old 12 meter, and it is a light wind weapon. You can relaunch the kite in far less wind than it needs for you to kite in, meaning you never need to worry about not being able to relaunch in light winds again.

I have the original 12 meter Alulla OR Roam, the new version is lighter still.

You can ride any kite for anything, but the Roam is definately not for jumping. Extremely good light wind handling, drift, relaunch, upwind and depower are ok also, very fast
