The Festival of Boating 2014

You’re invited to Riviera’s 14-hectare facility in Coomera (that’s on the Gold Coast) for the 2014 Festival of Boating!

From May 22 to 25th 2014, you’ll find the worlds owners and enthusiasts of Riviera and Belize powerboats unite for what they say will be 2014’s ultimate boating event. Featuring 76 educational seminars, practical workshops, social events and an undercover boat show complete with a red carpet, this could be one serious event! “At Riviera we are very proud of our rich 34-year heritage, launching over 5000 luxury boats in this period and we look forward to hosting the 3rd annual Riviera Festival of Boating in late May.

Last year’s Festival was a tremendous success with registrations up by 50 per cent, and there was something for everyone from the Riv Kidz Skipper program for budding captains through to the Men’s and Women’s Skipper Programs, understanding desalination, maintenance tips and tricks, offshore seamanship with Captain Bob Jones, the Master BBQ Chef Challenge, Ladies luncheon, and the ever-popular guided Riviera Factory Tour.

In 2014 we look forward to introducing several new events, including an inspiring seminar by Riviera owners Peter and Narelle Williams who have travelled some 36,000 nautical miles, equivalent to one-and-a-half times around the world, in their Riviera 47 Open Flybridge. Peter and Narelle will share their experiences from more than seven years of cruising together as a couple up and down the east coast of Australia from their home in Port Stephens to as far north as Lizard Island.“

The Festival offers free on site parking and free ferry transfers to the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show for all registered guests.
