“It was thiiiiiiiiiiiiiis big!” He says, with his hands spreading farther apart with each time he retells the tale.

“Spat the hook he did! Right as we pulled him out of the water”. Said this guy, as the Black Marlin he thought he’d landed swam off into the distance. Only thing is, this time there was a GoPro (or some kind of camera) attached to the fishermans head, capturing the whole thing in a series of shots.

Check it out! Taken on board one of Shikari Fishing Expeditions charters… Hook mid air, Marlin mid-barrel-roll like an angry fighter pilot and just out of shot is the poor fishermans face who lost his catch of the day. It’s times like these we’re thankful for video cameras and social media…
