NSW South Coast school holiday fishing lessons - Sept 27
Young anglers in the Narooma region can learn how to fish or brush up on their skills during the coming school holidays.
Industry & Investment NSW (I&I NSW) is running a workshop on the Far South Coast for kids aged 8-14 which will talk about and practice casting, rigging and tying knots as well as learning about recreational fishing rules and regulations, ethical fishing practices, fish species and habitats.
The workshop is on Monday 27 September at the Apex Reserve in Narooma from 10am to 2pm. It costs $40 per child and each will receive a quality rod and reel, tackle box, shirt, hat and show bag to take home. A bbq lunch is also included.
