We target popular species such as Snapper, Pearl Perch, King Fish, Amberjack, Dolphin Fish and other quality table fish.  At certain times of the year the off shore reefs and Continental Shelf are prolific with Marlin, Tuna, Mackerel, Wahoo and Sail Fish.  

At FRENZY CHARTERS we travel to the wider more productive fishing hot spots up to 50miles from the Gold Coast Seaway fishing reefs ranging from 20metres to 120 metres in depth.  Guests may choose to head north to an area off Pt Lookout known as The Cathedrals which consists of large canyons and drop offs.  This area undoubtedly offers the most productive fishing the Gold Coast has to offer.  It is seldom visited by recreational fishers and other Gold Coast charter boat operators.

FISH THE CONTINENTAL SHELF - Only available with FRENZY CHARTERS.  Heading far off shore to our favourite spots on the edge of the Continental Shelf targeting monster Hapuka/Groper and the much sought after Blue Eye Trevalla,  we fish the hidden depths up to 600metres utilising electric reels and when sea conditions permit,  braided fishing lines may be shared amongst guests.
